I used them once for routine pumping, and I called them back a few months later when I had issues with root infiltration in a line. I half-expected scare tactics and upselling, but Jake explained what was going on and was able to remediate the issue at a very reasonable price. There was an issue with the repair at first, but he promptly came back and corrected it at no additional charge. Communication throughout was regular and professional. Highly recommended. Our toilets and showers started backing up around 8 pm and Jake drove 45 minutes to our house to come pump our septic tank and clean out a clog in a baffle I didn’t even know existed! I learned a lot about our septic system and leech fields. Thank you Jake! You truly are the best. See more See less

5 out of 5 starsI found myself in a bit of a situation earlier this year, the septic system at my home was full and things were not good. Apex Septic came out, pumped the tank empty, flushed the filter clean and verified with a scope that the line was free of obstructions. With all of the rain I had been afraid that they would tear up the whole yard getting the work done, but instead you could not tell that they had been there at all ...except for the fact that everything worked perfectly!
